- Effective data collection for research purposes
- Making Reports
- Analyze and handle panel members’ queries, requests and complaints through incoming calls or mails regarding the application and its usage
- Assisting in other operational work
Desired Profile:
- Any graduate with good communication skills
- Net savvy & knowledge of MS office tools
- Understanding of the mobile domain - both devices / OS landscape and general Telecom biz will be added advantage
