Job Description:

We are looking for fresher engineers. They have to work for different telecom vendors. They have to work on different telecom sites for the installation, commissioning and integration of all kind of telecom equipments.

• Candidates must be prepared for travelling anywhere across India as per the requirements of projects and vendors.

• For above profiles candidates will be selected by the company after their RF training session.

• Candidates have to undergo for a pre-recruitment paid training through which they will get the complete knowledge of telecommunication industry know-how including on-site practical exposure.

Job Description:

Planning
The Duties and Responsibilities are as under: -



1. To obtain work schedule from Project Manager and to adhere the same strictly.


2. Workout requirement of shuttering materials and raise indent according to planned schedule.


3. To prepare bar bending schedule and check as per laid on site.


4. To set out building / structure as per drawing.


5. To adhere quality control / quality assurance system as per IS code.


6. To maintain out put of work and monitoring status of all site related work on daily basis.


7. Co – ordination with all juniors, store, QA / QC, P&M and safety.


8. To inform and submit the measurements of executed work done at site to billing engineer on daily basis.


9. Preparation of planning, schedule for total project.


10. Preparing & updating schedule - weekly, monthly updates, Resource allocation, estimating projected resources, Progress reports, graphs.


11. Co-ordination with client & contractor, Co-ordination with Architect, Structural Designer & Electrical team in head office.


12. Preparing contract program and subsequently construction program for the project, tracking and updating of works completed.


13. Building Construction baseline Programs.


14. Preparing Manpower histograms, Cash flow, Progress S-Curves and updating the same.


15. Updating Baseline program and resources as per the actual progress on site.


16. Designing WBS for all line items of the Project and the Cost loaded Program


17. Preparing the Baseline Time schedule, Updating the approved Baseline Time-schedule using MS Project.


18. In addition to above any other task assigned to you by the PM / Site in charge/ Superiors from time to time.



Desired Profile:

1. The desired candidate must have completed his B.E / Diploma (Civil).


2. The candidates upto 3 years of work experience can apply.


3. Freshers & Trainee Engineers can apply.
