Job Description:

• Handling team of subordinates.
• To maintain track record & the documentation of the subordinates. 
• Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
•  Coordinates, negotiates and liaision with employment , recruitment and interview schedules.
• Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels.
• Arranges interviews for management levels.
• Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
• Conduct exit interview.

• Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
• Perform other special projects as assigned
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements 
• Give presentations
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Utilize the portals for recruitment.
